Frank ManciniPresident | Mr. Frank Mancini proudly served in the United States Navy between the years of 1984 and 1988, as Aviation Stock Controller in the Repairable Asset Management Unit aboard the USS America CV-66 aircraft carrier. Frank was honorably discharged from the US Navy in 1993 due to service-connected related injuries. As a young veteran entrepreneur, Frank focused on the Information Technology sector, serving as Managing Director of Intelligence Research Group (IRG), a Web Development and Research Consulting Company located in the Los Angeles area. For its clients, which include several Fortune-100 companies, IRG manages web development projects, develops on-line marketing strategies, and has won numerous industry awards. In 1998 Frank received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Using his 15-year accumulated knowledge and experience in IT and business management, Frank founded IRG Plotters & Printers, Inc. in 2004. IRG Plotters & Printers, Inc. is an IT services and procurement company, specializing in 2D and 3D DIGITAL IMAGING SOLUTIONS ranging from lowest carbon foot-pring printing devices, specialtiy printing devices, IT Solutions that enhance productivity at a reduced cost therefore creating greater efficiency in the production process or the office admin environment. The company has recently expanded to two offices, one in Los Angeles, and the other in Orange County. The company emphasizes comprehensive, highly specialized maintenance, repair service, procurement and document management solutions for a variety of large format plotters, multifunction printers, and scanning devices. Frank also serves on Xxtreme Measures LLC advisory board, a global Digital Wireless Mobile Marketing company (www.xxtrememeasures.com). In 2006, after 18 months in business, in recognition of the economic power of multicultural business, DiversityBusiness.com, the nation's leading multicultural internet site, named IRG Plotters & Printers, Inc as one of the "Top 100 Disabled Veteran owned businesses in the United States (Div100)." Frank is an active member of the Association for Service Disabled Veterans (ASDV) and the President of the Elite SDVOB Network Los Angeles Chapter. Frank serves on the U.S. Small Business Administration's Advisory Committee on Veterans Business Affairs (ACVBA) and is a member of the National Economic Advisory Committee for the American Legion, this enables him to directly contribute and impact government policy in order to maximize the availability, applicability, and usability of all administration small business programs for Veterans, specifically Service-Disabled Veterans. As part of these entities, Frank serves and supports our nation's veterans. | Sandy SchneebergerVice President | Ms. Sandy Schneeberger retired from the United States Army Reserves in 2005, having served from 1984-2005 for over twenty two years, including four years in active duty status. Ms. Schneeberger's specialty training allowed her to work in several job positions in Administration, Logistics, and Transportation serving first at the company level, promoted to battalion, brigade and retiring out of the Regional Support Command S-1.Ms. Schneeberger started her business during her military career, and focused on growing an environmental consulting firm providing a variety of services including hazardous materials, geology/hydrogeology, and her specialty, cultural resources management. She received a Master's Degree in Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton in 1991. Once retired from the Army, Ms Schneeberger grew her company as President and CEO of The Sanberg Group, Inc. to six locations, three in Southern California including Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. The firm has projects outside the Southern California region. The Sanberg Group, Inc. is a small disadvantaged business (8(a)), service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVSOB), and woman / disadvantaged business enterprise (WBE/DBE), providing consulting and contracting services to federal, state, and local government, private industry and the legal community. Her clients include several government agencies including VA, USACE, BLM, DoD, USDA (Forest Service). The Sanberg Group, Inc. manages numerous diverse projects and continues to develop other marketing strategies in response to changes in the economy and market. In addition to The Sanberg Group, Inc., Ms. Schneeberger is the owner of GSJ Utility Supply & Service, a distributor for mechanical and electrical products in the both private and public sectors. Her clients include VA, Department of Corrections, and Department of Transportation (Cal-Trans). Ms Schneeberger is an active member of the La Habra American Legion Post #267, and has recently been appointed as the 3rd Post Commander to assist in coordinating the community outreach programs for the post. She is also involved in the veteran small business development that enables her to contribute to the advocacy for veteran's and the disabled veteran's business owners in the region. In this capacity, Ms Schneeberger continues her commitment to serve our nation's military.
